The annual Infrastructure Services CEO Roundtable dinner, which is hosted by Taylor Wessing, will bring together leading CEOs and investors in this part of the market to debate corporate, competitive and financial trends in this peer group.

The Infrastructure Services peer group is undergoing a period of dramatic change as many vendors attempt to transition their business models from product supply to Cloud-enabled managed services. However, from a trading perspective, 2011 is turning out to be a much tougher year than many had expected which makes the requirement to transition to Cloud services more important but also, arguably, more risky. Moreover, investor interest and therefore valuations are increasingly being driven by the perceived level exposure to 'new' services.

At the dinner, Megabuyte principal analyst Ian Spence will open the discussion with a summary of the 2011 Megabuyte Infrastructure Services annual review, which is sponsored by Goldenhill Technology Advisers.
