2011 was a year of two halves with hopes of an emerging recovery early in the year dashed by the deepening sovereign debt and related Euro-zone crises. The performance of the UK technology sector has broadly reflected this reality but, within that, we have seen wide variations in financial performance, M&A activity and the allocation of capital between different peer groups. So what does 2012 hold?

At the 2012 Megabuyte Annual Review, our principal analysts, Ian Spence and Philip Carse, will review the share price performance, valuation trends, M&A activity and industry dynamics across the UK software, IT services and telecoms landscape. More importantly, they will provide exclusive insights into our key predictions for 2012 and beyond.
